Nutritional stress signaling through chromatin Our laboratory has extensive experience in the purification and analysis of protein complexes that modify chromatin for gene expression. This includes both affinity purification techniques and conventional chromatography. Examples of complexes first purified in this laboratory include the SAGA complex from yeast the Tip60 complex from Drosophila and the Sin3 complex from mammalian cells.
