Make waves for a great cause at Standup for the Cure Lakeshore, a paddleboarding event at Ross Park! On Saturday, July 26, grab your paddleboard and your sunscreen to raise awareness and critical funds for breast cancer research at Van Andel Institute.
Standup for the Cure Lakeshore is a vibrant, festival-style event that has something for everyone:

- Onsite breast and skin cancer screenings
- NEW this year: a fun-filled Kids’ Zone! Bring the whole family — there’s more than ever for young participants to enjoy.
Whether you’re a seasoned paddler, a total beginner, or prefer to stay on dry land, you’re welcome to be part of this incredible day. Standup for the Cure Lakeshore is all about building a compassionate community and promoting a healthy lifestyle while supporting life-changing breast cancer research.
Registration is $40 and includes swag for the first 300 participants and a fun filled day!
