13th annual Grand Rapids Griffins Purple Community Game

Van Andel Institute is excited to host our 13th annual Grand Rapids Griffins Purple Community Game at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025, at Van Andel Arena.

This year’s event will feature:

• 90’s themed game and jerseys
• Intermission activities hosted by Maranda of WOOD-TV 8
• 50/50 raffle (100% of proceeds going to VAI)
• $2 beers and $2 hot dogs from 6–8 p.m.
• Limited-edition VAI Purple Community jersey auction after the game
• Limited-edition, co-branded Griffins and VAI Purple Community apparel at our concourse table
• Limited number of purple ticket packs purchased receive passes to high-five the players
