Van Andel Institute Graduate School (VAIGS) is thrilled to announce four new graduates who have completed their Ph.D. degree in cell and molecular genetics. The unique education experience at VAIGS has prepared them well for careers as leaders in biomedical research. They now join the ranks of 14 VAIGS alumni who have gone on to pursue exemplary careers with institutions such as Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Eric Nollet
- Thesis: “Integrin α6 activity in castration resistant prostate cancer”
- Successfully defended in April 2017
- Mentor: Cindy Miranti, Ph.D.
