Van Andel Institute Virtual Public Lecture Series: Education’s Future at VAI and Beyond

December 9 @ 12:00 pm EST - 1:00 pm EST

Educational programs across the country are poised for change and growth in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. What could learning look like at the K–12 and graduate levels as we move into 2022 and beyond? What kind of growth is possible if we rethink what teaching and learning can look like? Join us on Dec. 9 for “Education’s Future at VAI and Beyond,” part of Van Andel Institute’s Virtual Public Lecture Series, for answers to these questions and more. Hear from educators who are helping create classrooms where curiosity, creativity and critical thinking thrive, and training the next generation of scientific leaders. We’ll explore the state of education in our society today and how Van Andel Institute for Education is helping schools overcome learning loss. You’ll also learn about the mission of Van Andel Institute Graduate School, what sets us apart from other Ph.D. programs, and what innovative next steps we have in mind for the future.
