Rekindle your childhood curiosity as you stroll through VAEI’s animal habitats, observe memorable science demonstrations and engage in your own engineering challenges! Bring the family and enjoy an evening of curiosity, hosted by VAEI — a world leader in creating classrooms where curiosity, creativity and critical thinking thrive.

Interactive Stations



Fantastic Beasts!
Explore the amazing world of animal senses. Kids will observe and handle creatures with extraordinary eyes, fantastic feelers, and other sense-ational senses.

Rainbow Bright!
Create unique rainbow patterns and designs that change color in the sunlight. Kids will learn the concept of thin film interference with this fun paper craft experiment.

Cell Membrane Mania!
Discover how viruses make their way into cell membranes! Kids will experiment with bubbles to see if they can find a way inside without bursting the bubble.

Shake, Shake, Shake!
Think and act like an engineer to build a structure that can withstand a magnitude 8.0 earthquake. Kids will put their design to the test on our earthquake shake table.

Can You Dig It?
Explore the amazing world of fossils. Kids will think and act like paleontologists as they experiment with fossils.
