SUMMARY:2025 Purple Power
DESCRIPTION:Purple Power is West Ottawa Public Schools’ fundraising campaign where their sporting teams “go purple” during various events to raise money for cancer research at the Institute. This fundraising campaign began in 2013 with two goals: empower students to make a difference and honor the people affected by cancer. \nOver the last 12 years\, Purple Power has made a significant contribution to cancer research at Van Andel Institute. They have raised more than $520\,000 through the support of thousands of people making small donations that add up to make a huge difference.
