GRMERC Medical Student Summer Research Internship Program

The Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center  (GRMERC) Medical Student Summer Research Internship Program is designed to provide undergraduate medical education students (between their first and second year) the opportunity to work closely with a research mentor on a project while attending educational research conferences / classes. The goal of this program is to introduce medical students to the basic concepts of the design, implementation, interpretation and presentation of clinical and / or basic science research. At the end of the internship, students will give an oral presentation about their experience.
