Van Andel Institute provides animal imaging services using multi-modality imaging and image analysis for small animals. We combine state-of-the-art instrumentation and a clinically trained and registered imaging specialist to assist with a wide range of imaging-based experimental approaches.
We provide a comprehensive suite of imaging modalities, including 3-D Computed Tomography (CT) / Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) and 3-D Power Doppler Ultrasound (U/S), as well as contrast enhanced imaging. Studies include, but are not limited to, adrenal, cardiac, ocular, orthopedic, renal, reproductive systems, and xenograph models, and have included, but are not limited to, glioblastomas, renal cell carcinomas, and osteomas cell lines.
