Media Policy
The goal of the Communications and Development staff at Van Andel Institute (VAI) is to facilitate and encourage open and positive relationships between Institute staff and the media, resulting in an accurate, appropriate and understandable portrayal of the Institute. We also strive to respond promptly in a forthright manner to any and all media inquiries.
Please submit all requests for information, interviews, facility access, video, photography, etc. to the office of Communications and Development (616-234-5390). As visitors to the Institute, please use the front entrance on Bostwick and sign in with the receptionist. All visitors must be escorted by a VAI employee at all times while inside the building.
