Terms and Conditions

This raffle has a total of 6000 tickets. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible tickets sold. Winner of raffle will receive one (1) 2010 HARLEY-DAVIDSON® DYNA® WIDE GLIDE® MOTORCYCLE (“Bike”). Winner takes possession of the Bike “as is” and will be responsible for retrieving the Bike from a location specified by Van Andel Research Institute (“VAI”). The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt of the Bike as well as transferring title of the Bike to the winner. The Bike will be transferred to the winner only with those warranties established by manufacturer. As a condition to accepting the Bike, winner acknowledges that VAI and its affiliates are not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage caused to any person or property, proximate or otherwise, through the use of the Bike by any person, and agrees to save and hold harmless VAI and its affiliates, principals, and employees from any claim of such responsibility. “Harm, injury, or damage” includes but is not limited to occurrences beyond the control of VAI, such as death, bodily injury, property damage, or theft, or for failure of manufacturer’s warranties. The winner shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the Bike, including but not limited to, personal injuries, property damage and death to third parties, insurance, fuel, tolls, and maintenance.
