8th Annual Michigan Prostate Research Colloquium

Date: May 2, 2008 to May 3, 2008
Location: Van Andel Institute; 333 Bostwick Ave N.E.

The Michigan Prostate Research Colloquium (MPRC) is a symposium that gives institutions an opportunity to share their research with peers. This year's MPRC will be hosted by Van Andel Research Institute and is titled: "Frontiers in Urologic Cancer: Molecular Mechanisms and Therapeutic Strategies." It will focus on kidney/renal and prostate cancer research.

Attendance is free, but registration is required (deadline: April 1, 2008).

A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday, as well as snacks for coffee breaks and refreshments for the keynote speaker reception on Friday afternoon. Participants will be dismissed for dinner on Friday night. (see list of area restaurants)

Poster boards, 8’ x 4’, and push pins will be provided for those submitting poster abstracts. Posters should be set up Friday afternoon and remain up until Saturday afternoon. Posters will be judged on Saturday.
