Stipend and Benefits

Students in the doctoral program at VAI Graduate School will be supported by institutional fellowships for five years. The stipends for students entering the program in Fall 2010 will be $26,500 per year. 

VAI Graduate School doctoral students will be eligible to participate in an excellent healthcare insurance plan corresponding to that available to Van Andel Institute employees.

Each student will also receive financial support to attend at least one scientific conference each year.
